practice profile

The reputation of ke architecture (london) ltd has been established through a strong track record in the design and delivery of new build and refurbishment projects across a wide range of property sectors. Our particular areas of expertise include industrial/distribution, offices, retail and residential.

The practice is based upon a commitment to providing high quality design incorporating practical solutions with environmental sensitivity. The negotiation of favourable planning consents, design for 'buildability' and value engineering to ensure maximum return on investment are all essential parts of our service.

client focused

Our management approach is thoroughly client focused - all projects are carried out under the control and with the personal involvement of a director from inception to completion.

We are skilled in the presentation of our ideas including negotiation with interested groups and in team working to build solutions to increasingly complex design problems.
